Shipping Fees
Free shipping for all eligible orders.

Shipping Time and Method
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days.
It usually takes 3-5 days shipping to a U.S. address, 5-7 days shipping to Canada.

Shipping From
Most orders are shipped from the United States. Should U.S. inventory be out‑of‑stock, items will be shipped from Japan or China.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance for international shipping.

We will add new locations from time to time when confirmed by our shipping carriers.

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Currency
Our store prices are shown in USD. All transactions will be handled in USD through PayPal/Credit Card at checkout.

Duties and Taxes
Shipping to Canada: Shipping costs do not cover duties or taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes may be levied by your carrier upon delivery. VZUSA accepts no responsibility for customs fees, import duties, taxes or additional import‑related charges.
Shipping to US: Import duties will be covered by us when orders ship from Japan or China. Sales taxes will be applied at checkout.
